A Registered Public Accountant (MIPA) holding a Master of Professional Accounting (MPA), MBA, and GAICD, Alison serves as an independent director, mentor, and strategic advisor to a range of organisations and leadership teams. With more than 20 years of operational and board leadership experience, she specialises in financial sustainability, governance reform, executive mentoring, strategic partnerships, business recovery, and organisational transformation.
As Founder & Principal Advisor of Vital Consult and Founder of ABC Foundation Ltd, Alison has pioneered practical, capacity-building initiatives that bridge governance, finance, systems, and operational improvement. She has also led the development of innovative digital business solutions designed to strengthen governance, operational readiness, compliance, and business sustainability.
Her work bridges economic stability, leadership capability, and operational performance, supporting organisations to build sustainable futures through innovation, ethical practice, and evidence-based decision-making. - 2026 Led the development and launch of Vital Consult’s digital business ecosystem, including Business Vitality Tracker (BVT), VC Vault, Ask Ali AI, and BVT Connect - designed to strengthen governance, compliance, operational readiness, and business sustainability.
- 2026 Completed a Master of Professional Accounting (MPA), further strengthening expertise across accounting, governance, financial management, compliance, and strategic advisory services.
- 2025 Established ABC Management Services, a 100% owned consulting and management services arm under ABC Foundation, focused on strengthening operational capability, governance, and sustainable community-led business support.
