Founder & Principal Advisor
Alison is a Senior Advisor and Registered Public Accountant (MIPA) with extensive expertise across finance, strategy, governance, operations, and organisational transformation.
Holding a Master of Professional Accounting (MPA), MBA, and GAICD, she brings innovative, cross-sector insight to complex business challenges and is highly skilled in financial and operational business recovery.
With a strong background supporting SMEs, Indigenous organisations, not-for-profits, and regional enterprises, Alison specialises in strengthening governance, building operational capability, and guiding organisations through periods of growth, transition, and recovery.
Hatim Ashraf Alfawal
Chief Operating Officer (COO) / AI Automation
Leads digital transformation, AI automation, and operational systems development. Skilled in Linux systems, Microsoft 365, cloud infrastructure, workflow automation, and secure business technology environments.
Hatim holds a degree in Process Engineering and specialises in designing and implementing scalable digital workflows. As COO, he oversees internal operations, systems strategy, digital innovation, and technology implementation across the company portfolio.
Hatim played a lead role in developing and building Vital Consult’s digital business ecosystem from the ground up, transforming operational concepts into fully functioning platforms and integrated systems.
Christine Maddern
Finance Manager / BAS Agent
Registered BAS Agent with a Certificate IV in Financial Accounting and in Bookkeeping, and a Certificate in Advanced Accounting.
Christine manages day-to-day bookkeeping and compliance, with a strong focus on accounting standards and regulatory practices. Skilled at supporting SMEs, not-for-profits, and Indigenous organisations with reliable, accurate, and approachable financial processing, which is highly valued by our clients.
