Alison Vidal

Vision

"My journey in leadership began with a deep commitment to Aboriginal communities particularly across remote and regional Australia, fostering empowerment and sustainability from the ground up. For me, true leadership honours the balance between economies of scale and the unique needs of communities and the environment.

While my work in Australia has built a strong foundation for understanding the complexities of socio-economic change at the community level, my vision now extends globally - to drive inclusive, sustainable pathways that resonate worldwide, grounded in the same principles of community-led growth and environmental stewardship."
