Alison is a senior advisor and registered public accountant (MIPA) with deep expertise across finance, strategy, governance, and operations. Holding an MBA and as a GAICD graduate, she brings innovative, cross-sector insight to complex business challenges and is highly skilled in financial and operational business recovery.
Alison leads a purpose-driven team and manages key stakeholder and partner relationships across the company portfolio.
Hatim Ashraf Alfawal
Business Manager / IT Expert
Delivers digital transformation and operational systems support. Skilled in both Linux and Microsoft 365, with formal Linux certification.
Hatim holds a degree in Process Engineering and specialises in workflow automation, help desk support, and secure cloud-based system setups. As Business Manager, he oversees internal workflows and responds to client needs with agile, solutions-focused support.
Christine Maddern
Finance Manager / BAS Agent
Registered BAS Agent with a Certificate IV in Financial Accounting and in Bookkeeping, and a Certificate in Advanced Accounting.
Christine manages day-to-day bookkeeping and compliance, with a strong focus on accounting standards and regulatory practices. Skilled at supporting SMEs, not-for-profits, and Indigenous organisations with reliable, accurate, and approachable financial processing, which is highly valued by our clients.
